Hello Friends!

With summer nearly upon us, here's hoping you are enjoying some sunshine where you reside!

The last few months have been busy for me in a variety of ways. Here are just a few of the highlights along the way on my storyteller's path:

It's always so enjoyable to explore areas in the Pacific Northwest in the spring and summer. Beauty all around!

For many years our lives have been busy—and fulfilled—by hosting a variety of regular meetings in our home. I thought you might enjoy seeing this side of my life. (These folks are like family!)

I host the 'Willow Writers' four times annually.	We host the Columbia River Art Group monthly.

Last month we were able to fulfill one of my lifelong dreams to visit Alaska. An extraordinary experience I'll always cherish! Visiting the natural beauty of our country always inspires me to write even more. This trip was no different.

By the time our trip was completed, I'd outlined another Lindstrom Wintertime Tale...set in Alaska! (It will be a long time coming since another book, set in North Scotland, is queued up to complete first.)

One of my goals for the summer is to complete a final revision of my middle grade novel, Livvi Biddle—The Secret at Stonehenge. I began this 50,000 word story the summer of 2011, and plan to submit it to a few literary agents in the fall. Wish me luck!
